Re: 935 silver mystery hallmark
Thank you. I was thinking Austria or Germany as well. Is there a trick to try to get a better view of mark? A way to darken perhaps for better contrast? I keep thinking I see a rooster and fluer di lis.

Re: Austro-Hungarian makers mark help
Peter,
Looks more like an A with a K right on top to the side. And then the AA
I am familiar withe the greyhound head and this is not that. I wish I could get a clearer image AK but not space between like thr back of the K is the side line of the A

Trying to find out who the maker of this necklace might be. I can see marks but some appear worn. Re: Austrian Hungarian unknown Maker Mark WM
I just looked again and it is a P after all. So it is Pest. I mistook it for another necklace I have. I just ordered the Ginger Moro book on European designers and I am hoping it helps. If you have a book on Venetian silversmiths I will load a photo of the mark and the necklace, perhaps you can help...

Re: Austrian Hungarian unknown Maker Mark WM
My mistake. The P is a typo meant to write A. How would I go about finding who the MW stands for? Any ideas?
