Thank you kindly for getting back to me. I have found a number of pieces that are practically identical on Google however they were all labeled as "Birmingham". The fact you have said that most of the silver going through Chester at the time originated in Birmingham will help me massively....

Please Help identify - Candlesticks
I have been told these are silver, I have no reason to believe otherwise but I am not an expert. I am unable to find any markings that I can distinguish and I have no better idea than to assume it is European based on what markings there are. If it is silver I don't believe it to be English. Perhaps...

I have found this in my Grandmothers old stuff, I suppose it is Chester - 1909 though I may be hopelessly wrong.
