no self-respecting egg spoon would present anything other than a gilt bowl, as egg and silver do not mix except in the most gruesome taste.

pls show the reverse. it looks comparable to a chinese scroll weight - to hold flat naturally curling paper etc. . . waiting to see what is on the other side.

huszas76, AG2012 et al - do you know the progression of marks - serif>sans serif, name>initials etc for klinkosch up to 1922? for example, in the 1870s his touchmark uses periods, a bit later it's streamlined to JCK. another curiosity: when would the small articles stamp have displaced the diana head?

a rather plain ice cream spoon. you scoop (if right handed) to the left and the raised edge keeps the ice cream curling over. i'm rather miffed as all my ice cream spoons are right handed but i'm not. go figure.
