The maker is Girsh Ravkin (Гирш Равкин) from Berdichev (Kiev assay office). He was the son-in-law of Israel Eselevich Zakhoder (Израиль Еселевич Заходер - ИЕЗ) and in 1907 became his heir. The mark Н-ИЕЗ means "Наследники ИЕЗ" - the heirs of ИЕЗ. http://images.vfl.ru/ii/1560069712/2f81b93...

Just forget about Julius Rappoport and Fabrage, nothing to do with them. Even the quality is nothing close to their work.

It could be Cyrillic ГР so in Latin alphabet GR.
