These are drawings of the marks inside the back of the Sterle watch case. Very tiny stamp approximately 2mm. I know the eagle is French for 18k but cannot identify the other. Anybody?

French 1930's 18k wristwatch. Not sure if I'm attaching the image properly. Inside the back cover (and on the watch edge) is the tiny eagle stamp for 18k. Also inside the cover is a tiny makers mark I cannot identify. Within a triangular lozenge is a large N with one of the points ending in an arrow...

One more question if I may, two actually. Would the pattern be "Bremer lilie" or a later variation of the same? And secondly, does the tiny 18 stamped on the knife handles and tiny 60 on the spoons mean that they are silverplate and not silver?
