Probably coin silver, rather than sterling. The marks are pseudos and likely originate from the New York area.

I need help with identifying Folding Fruit Knife with Hallmark Anchor

Hello All, I recently acquired this beautiful fruit knife with a seed pick(?). Its made of Sterling silver and has 3 hallmarks on it, including an anchor.
