Hi, I could not find a Dutch or Belgian match. Mark D N with a twig in de middle, in an oval-shaped shield. Can you clean the 2nd mark and try to make a clear enhanced image of this mark? Peter. Your welcome. For the record marks for silver-plated items, mark Bonnet(or cardinal's cap), HH with a dot on either side in a hexagon, and 90.
