Thanks for the quick reply. It appears to me that these were perhaps military buttons made by C.C. Sporrong & Company and were converted to cufflinks. The S mark - is that indicative of the year?

Hello, this beautiful cuff bracelet is marked on the outside. One mark appears to be KN. The other mark may be the letter R, a woman's head (maybe), and the number 3.
