Unidentified spoon marks - help please
Hello, First time poster looking for any advice on the following spoon. I can't seem to find any record of these hallmarks, makers name or even country of manufacture. The top mark is very unclear, but looks like a bell with dots underneath. The next mark is a B with a W underneath; the next appears...
