Hi...can anyone tell me who made this and when it was made? The tray itself is hand chased and the lions and crests around the edge were cast. It's 14" in diameter.

Is this a mark use by the Modernist silversmith Ed Levin?
I've seen this mark attributed to Ed Levin, the modernist silversmith but my bracelet doesn't look like any of his work that I've seen. To me, the mark looks more like his work than the piece does. <g>

I think I found the marks
I just found marks that seem to be a variations of the marks on my brooch for the German firm of Martin Mayer founded in 1888 in Mainz

1920's-30's Deco Marcasite Brooch
If anyone can identify the marks on this brooch I'd be very appreciative. I would think from the design that it's c. 1930. Also, I've never seen this stone before and I'd like to know what it is ...the bottom of the stone looks like it was dyed blue. Thanks a lot, Joe http://e.imagehost.org/0854/mar...

Russian Vodka Cups(?) marks
Hi, can anyone tell me who made these cups and if they are vodka cups as I've always thought, they are decorated with brightcut engraving and monogrammed with "de GR" in case it's hard to see in the pictire. thanks http://img1.putfile.com/thumb/4/10715502615.jpg http://img1.putfile.com/thu...
