Need Silver Maker info for a Spoon

I have a friend that asked for help regarding a spoon,[table use, NOT serving use]. It has a MAKERS MARK, but I have been unable to find ANY information, which really bugs me!!!! Spoon has normal sized bowl with wide upper handle. I assume they are circa 1800's, but really can't find any info on it....

Do you have any information about this Sterling THIMBLE

My neighbor has this thimble and I don't know anything about it other than that it is sterling. Who made it? How old is it? A Thanks in advance for your help with this stumper. The lower half of outside has a fancy design while the stamp is on the inside top of thimble. The mark is on 3 or four line...
