It is Modell Nr. 395 / 3951, Entwurf ca. 1907.

This pattern and the hallmark look to me exactly like Bruckmann's 2851 pattern, but I cannot find any information on Sanktjohannser. After much web-searching, I did find another Bruckmann pattern (1601) which also had 'Sanktjohannser' next to the hallmark. Apart from that, no further references anyw...
