Watson of Attleboro, MA another mark and date?

FOUND IT! on eBay..... Gorham 'Villa Norfolk'
Thanks Cheryl, so I did a broad search, Gorham patened patterns 1903 and zap! Villa Norfolk, aka Norfolk.

The encyclopeadia lists marks for Kirk up to 1932 but the company continued until 1979...anyone know what the marks were up to 1979? Hello! Please help me with the identification? I believe it was made in Birmingham ( the anchor ) it is sterling but I've not been able to find the maker's mark in any listing and the date is either 1901 ( most likely ) or 1799 . I cannot tell the difference . Perhaps someone with a trained-eye migh...
