I have a big silver spoon with the Hallmarks pictured below.If someone could tell me if this is a sterling hallmark or what the hallmark says? Thanks in Advance for any replies. Sorry that the pictures is a little blurry.

It's a Korean mark, it's written in Hangul and states 'pure silver'.
