Who can help me ?! Interesting and unusual silver cigarette case (??) tested for good quality silver with two hallmarks.Both seem to be russian (???)...Hard work for me to cath up the hallmrks ! Genuine or fake ?!

maybe next time you would like to use the Macro mode of your camera to get a decent photo of the marks - otherwise it is more guessing than knowing!
The design of your cigarette case is called the "bark" pattern, a more simple form of a trompe l´oile.
My guess:
Moscow town mark (in use 1882-1898)
master: Bekman, Andrej Wilgelm (the Russian writing of Wilhelm) 1860-1884
silvercontent: 84 Zolotniki = 875/1000
