Who is the maker of this Dutch silver square vase? The makers mark is 3 joined letters & date letter is z.

What was it used for? Measures 7 cm tall & 4 ½ cm wide.

"Zilveren lepelvaasje" or silver teaspoon holder, the glass liner is missing.
