Bombilla Tea Sipper Straws with 800 MH? mark

I have some of these straws which I just learned are referred to as a bombilla. I have some that are Eberle and learned these are mainly from South America. Well I have these 2 that I can't find any info on at all. The mark looks like it says "800 MH" inside of a shield shape. So far I learned what they are, which took a while since I was originally looking at German silver because of the 800 mark, and that's about it. I looked though a bunch of hallmarks but couldn't find many south american ones. Anyone recognize this mark? Thanks
