Please Identify these hallmarks - Far East!!!

Hi All

I have just recently joined and it comes across that you all are doing a wonderful job in assisting others, so I wondered if you can broaden your knowledge to help me answer a few questions about the following pictures I have enclosed below.

I wondered if you could tell firstly which country you think this may have been made?
What age if at all to it?
Who made the item?
And if it is at all solid silver? (I'm unable to do a magnet, flint/acid test as this is in my brothers possession abroad)

ahh many thx david, my apollos
the marks match which is positive although the discolouration eg yellow - leaves me to think the front is possible thinly layered silver with the back thicker??? any suggestions
