Italian Laddle

Hello all!
A friend of mine ask me to help to identify the maker of this laddle. Please, help us, if you can!

Owner's monogram

I think, it's from Milano, but I can't identify the maker. I don't have any sources to italian makers.
I hope, someone does!

It's Ceppi Francesco, Milan, 1855--1872.
