Who is the maker of this small cup?

It has these 2 exquisitely tiny hallmarks, one is the letter R in a circle of tiny pellets & the 2nd is a symbol with two letters or two numbers.

The cup measures 5 cm tall.

I can't help with the maker, but the boar's head mark indicates Lisbon assay, minimum 833/1000. It was in use from 1887 until 1938.

The maker is José Anunciação dos Reis of Lisbon, this mark registered 1887 and cancelled 1911.
