Need Help with hallmark RS&Co
Someone please help me with this hallmark. it says R S & Co 102 USA. I don't know if its solid or not. It doesn't say .925 so I'm assuming it's plated.

Does it definitely say 'USA'? No matter how much I look, I can't make it out.
