133, came out of a family of Schoonhoven silversmiths. Cornelis Rietveld in the year 1912 started a joint venture with his brothers Fredrik Alexander and Wouter Rietveld. There joint venture maker’s mark;

asterisk, is similar to the maker’s mark previous used by Cornelis.
The maker’s mark on your pistol grip knife is the deformed/worn mark of the brothers Rietveld used 1912/1920, and the date letter H for 1917. The standard mark lion passant above 2; 833/1000 fineness see:

These 'pistol' grip knifes & forks originated in the 18th century; round handle with a typical Dutch decoration of: acanthus leaves, shell decors and scrolls and scenes with an animal figure/horse and rider finial.
