Puiforcat Bottle Opener

I am trying to determine the mark and pattern of the attached bottle opener.

My limited research points to "Cardinal", which is silverplate or "Richelieu", which is sterling.

This piece is still in the original wrapper and I suspect my photos would be better without it, but I don't want to break the seal before I know what I have.
