Question of a Makers Mark GN on a Austrian Gold Broach Pleas

Hello I was wondering if anyone would know who may have made this rock crystal broach?
It has the makers mark of GN on the back of the broach as well as on the pin of the broach.
The broach also has the Austrian gold hallmark of a fox head with the letter A and 4 which I believe was the hallmark used from 1872-1921 for 18k gold.
Any information you may have would be helpful, thank you in advance for your time and energy.
