Age rosewater sprenkler?

Hi,

This rosewater sprenkler is of better quality than usual. Weight: 260 grams. Plain, no engravings, no marks. It opens by turning/screwing the upside (like most rosewater spreklers do).
Difficult to guess the country of origin and the age. Anyone has seen this before and/or knows more?

Hi,

Hereby additional photo's. Th top picture is the ZII (Dutch later hallmark) on the rim. The 2e and 3e pictures are details of the underside of the upper half of the sprinkler. The silver is worn in the right way (my view). Country and age unknown. Any idea is welcome.
