Identification Silver Spoon

Please following information about a spoon . The spoon is definitely silver , is very delicate , its length is 17cm , the weight of only 17gr . Is this spoon jam ? There is no silver hallmark on it . In what period it could arise ?

What makes you think it is silver? Please don't answer that "somebody told me". Usually, no marks (hardly) not silver. Jam or serving spoon or ...?

"..said the goldsmith.."!? If he didn't explain why he "think" it is silver, his statement is not worth much, sorry. It is impossible to determine a metal by just looking at it. Of course it could be silver, I don't deny that, but without any marks whatsoever it seldom is.
