Does anyone have any information on this candlestick? My first thought is that it is possibly Belgian, but i am not 100% sure.

Possibly Gennaro Romanelli
Romanelli Gennaro. Master which we have news for the year 1831. It was directed by Tucci as one of the best silversmiths of the City. His stamp and was found on many objects.
Some works of this master are: a set of candlesticks in the Cathedral of Nusco, a service desk of the Holy House of the Annunciation, a reliquary dated 1844, at the college Denza, a saucer for communion in the Abbey of the Trinity in Cava dei Tirreni, dated 1833, a gravy boat, a coffee pot and other items of profane use in private collections in Naples and Bari.
