I Need help with makers mark RPG? and other marks with the number 3? inside of eagle.
I picked this piece up today at a yardsale and thought it was pretty cool looking.
Now I'm trying find the age and design/designer of this piece of mexican silver jewelry pin. the design on the front of the pin looks like somekind of indian? bird/eagle design with inlaid brass, dont know what the other part of the front is made of, but looks black in person, but kind of looks buleish when I took the pictures. has chips and cracks in it. back is silver.
please help.

Keith- I had no luck researching the initials on your pin. I do know that the #3 eagle is seen on many pieces of silver, specifically from the town of Taxco, and it was usually assigned to makers who weren't well known. The top designers were all issued their own number. Sorry, I know this isn't much help. Plata
