Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

Yes, Italian, an item of mixed metals, gold and silver.

Can you confirm the numbers contained in lower part of the marks are 1338 MI? If so, the maker was Deka Diffusion of Milano.

Hi,

The '750' is the official Italian mark for 18ct. gold, the 925, the official Italian mark for sterling silver.

The Omega sign may be the trade mark of Deka Diffusion perhaps.
