Asian Dragon Small Shot cup mark

Im at a loss on this shot/sake cup. Any info would be greatly appreciated, It tested as silver with the acid/porcelain test. I cannot seem tto find similar marks anywhere in my research

The mark can be transliterated, "Wenhua."
