No, this is silver plate. A maker's mark in a square is always silver plate in France. Sorry.

Are you sure this is French silver plate? Anyone has more info about this spoon? I think that 18Gr means 18 grams of silver but what about other mark? ( O; hand pointing up symbol; L ) ?
