I have searched trying to find, without results, whether W.A. Perry & Co. baby cup I have is sterling or simply silverplate. Although it isn't marked as such, either by 925 or sterling mark, I notice that there are hallmarks on it, namely W.A.P. & Co. in a rectangle, an anchor and a lion passant, and what appears to be a rather large letter O. Hopefully someone can help me. Thanks in advance.
