Howell London cant read the inscription

Hi.

I have found this old walking stick.
I think it is very beautiful.

Here are some pictures.

The inscription says: 1885 1. october + 1910 and something i dont understand.
On the other side is has the number 4 and a small lion mark and some things i cannot read.


Can you read more than I can from the photos i have on this link?
