Identifying gold hallmark: PLAQUE G 18 K

Hi forum,
Trying to identify the hallmark of this watch I was given, appears to read "PLAQUE G 18 K". Attached an image of the hallmark hopefully someone here can help (Y)

Welcome to the Forum.

I hope my answer does not disappoint, but not a hallmark I'm afraid, just an indicator that the case is plated. 'Plaque' is French for plate.
