Probably a late 18th c patch box. Maker mark IB fits with Jacob Buchhoff, Aarhus, Denmark , and Johan Svensson Berg, Norrköping, Sweden. But the other mark make no sense. Currently reaseaching Germany...no match yet. Anyone who got any ideas?

the hallmark is similar to Schwäbisch Gmünd - but I am not sure
