Need help identifying 9kt Lapis Lazuli Ring

Hello, if anyone out there can please help ID the markings on my new ring I would greatly appreciate it.

Any info, such as date or where it was made or anything would be great. All I know is that the ring came from an estate auction from England.

Note: First 2 photos are of the same thing, just tried to get a clearer photo.

Hi, Looks like 9 carat gold, London 1968, sorry cannot help with the maker, regards Trev.
