Who is the maker on these aspic servers?

I bought these aspic servers recently. I know that one item per question, but these are a pair therefore both are shown here. They have Diana Kopf as control mark, indicating most likely Austro-Hungaria. Unfortunately somebody seems to have tempered with the control mark making it difficult to say much about it. Both items have the same smudgy marks. This is the best I can do.
The RAO letter letter looks like C (Prague) or maybe G (Graz). The shape indicates fineness of 800/1000. The maker is unknown to me ...MALY...? Any ideas? The blades are gilded iron/steel ...! Unfortunate the gilding on the "scoop" is rather worn but you cannot have it in perfect condition always, so...

Note that the Bachmann is split, if this was the punch that was used on your item, would the top of the punch miss?

Yes we have indeed. The problem is that different sources give different answers. It seems to be a matter of opinion. Here is one calling it aspic server. There are others too informing the same:
http://www.replacements.com/piecetype/flat3.htm Some other might call it aspic server. I could agree on the set in question being ice cream servers but in that case they are separate tools and the spoon would be right handed. See the picture in this thread:

Compare with my picture.

Sometimes what is called ice cream server, only one piece, is called aspic server and vice versa. What is a bit strange is that the "spoon" in the pair/set is left handed. When do you serve with your left hand anticipating you being right handed? What I call an ice cream server is a right handed with slightly concave rather big blade. I try to show a picture later.
I must say that after the mentioned earlier discussions I tried to serve ice cream with the set as well as serve aspic. It was very difficult in both cases.
Anyway, aspic or ice cream server is not the case here. I asked "who made it?" So kindly tell me who made it.
