Diamonds are older European cut diamonds, setting looks more modern maybe 1960's, there is an old antiques dealer series of numbers scratched into the interior of the band, extremely small numbers. Hallmark is unknown.

It looks like the stamp is an "S" with an "A" two letters interlocked somehow and stamped together.
