Crowned G, gothic "C" in shield, Keys in shield Ha
Hi I think this might be German with the city mark for Goerlitz. It is on a frame that is marked 800 on each foot. the item is a very ornate biscut box. Three sections of shells with pirece inserts that snap shut and are hinged.

Hi,
I suspect, from the style of the piece and the conflicting town marks with the use of a later .800 mark, that the item is an example of Hanau silver. See -
