I would like to request assistance in identifying the mark on this enameled sterling spoon. It is part of a Royal Worcester teacup and saucer set. I have been able to figure out that it has an import mark for London and is dated 1924. But I would appreciate any help identifying the "HH" or "HIH" maker's mark. Thank you in advance for any assistance that you can provide.
As Oel has requested, we need a larger image of the marks to ensure the correct identification , and also an image of the whole piece would be helpful.
I suspect that the sponsor's mark is neither 'HIH' or 'HH', but will turn out to be 'HJH'.
Please accept my apologies for not responding earlier. I was not able to take additional pictures until today. I have attached a couple of additional pictures that hopefully provide the detail that you need. Please let me know if there are additional views that I can provide. Thank you.
The sponsor's mark reads 'HJH', the extremities have been worn away. Henry James Hulbert, a well-known importer of Norwegian silver. The spoon is typical of that country's manufacture.
