Greek .925 Footed Dish Bowl

This has some strange marks other then the .925. Looks like EPT / XEIPOE then .925. Intermittent perforated woven pattern on the edges coupled with what looks like repousse floral pattern. Any idea what era this from. I think it is Greek. Thanks / NewyorkNewyork

this item is not so old. The mark says chiros ,what translated means: Handmade. Chiros----Chirurgy---Chirurgia.
