I'm shedding another tear. A great example of marks; however not of the period. The silver has been altered in the Victorian period (very common) and now is quite deceptive. Is it a Vicky piece with a fulse bottom? or a georgian piece which is now not original?
I think the marks for year,London and sterling is clear:year 1788.my opinion:the silversmith is William Jury active in London at this time. His initials is WI.the old marks looks like a w and an i and i think a new w was stucked later to remind the initial origin.
