Does anyone know who this unknown Dublin silversmith is? I can't find the mark in Jackson, or anywhere online... The hallmarks are for 1838.

Hi Piette,
A very similar mark, but without the central pellet, was entered by Edward Powell, 56, Mary Street, Dublin, in 1861. Due to very close similarities of the marks, Edward Powell's father would be a good place to start research if no-one has a better suggestion.
