Sorry for the lack of info, but I was told this piece is a "bracelet from Italy purchased in the '70's, with a matching necklace." I'd like to identify the maker and find the matching necklace so I can buy the necklace for the owner of the bracelet (not a romantic interest, a dear friend). She lost the necklace at some point (I can't remember the story about that, my brain is a sieve... what was I saying?) and she would like to find it again to match the bracelet. If it ends up being absurdly expensive, I have a feeling she'd be very happy just to have more information about the piece. Thanks in advance for any help!
