I am hoping that the experts on this site can help identify the age and maker of this little salt with cobalt liner. Both the spoon and the holder have the same marks. If I understand the marking system, this is a Birmingham piece, but please correct me if I'm wrong. The marks appear to be an anchor, a lion, and the letter M. The preceding mark is, I think, the letters S L with a small D. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
