Hi, Newbie to this forum, but I have been lurking for a while. Picked up this teaspoon in a job lot recently which has me stumped, marks are quite rubbed so I'm not sure anyone can help, but you never know. looks like a JS inside the marks.

The maker could possibly be James Stamp.
