Silver comb, country unknown, Central Europe?
Silver comb, country unknown, Central Europe?
Good afternoon, I am also new to this forum and I hope it's okay to carry on the hallmark hunt within this discussion. I have recently acquired a hallmarked comb, engraved with FL / LF on the front and hallmarked '800, M.V', I believe it looks to be similar in style to the case mentioned above. There are also two triangles. Has anybody had any success yet into finding a maker or perhaps the age of these pieces? I have created an image gallery of the comb here: http://postimg.org/gallery/25bzzp7os/

Hi,
Welcome to the Forum.
Please post some clear close-ups of the marks.
You will have far more chance of getting a response if you embed your images as very few people will click on links.

The solution is triangular mark, but both are too small and not clean enough to see details.
Try to compare with Bohemia and Moravia

These are only triangular marks crossing my mind. Or clean them and take better close up.
