Sterling Salt Cellar I can't ID

What bothers me is I know I've seen the dragons head mark on the far right, just can't remember where...I must be getting old. Anybody got a clue about these?

Looks like the mark of Hartford Sterling Company (Philly, Penn) from about 1901-1924
