There is a master punching SH in Krakow 1922-39. Unfortunately he is unknown to name in my sources. What comes to the round mark mark to the left, it is not sharp enough. It looks like a double-headed eagle, but....? That would be the Polish Convention Hallmark. However, it doesn't match with the other hallmark used 1920-31 because this convention mark was implemented not earlier than in 2004. A sharp close-up could be of help.
OK, this is better. I believe it is a crowned eagle with its wings spread. However, it is not the convention mark but a mark used as from August 1920 to 1963 in Poland on locally made silverware. There should be three small letters; G.U.P. below the bird but your mark is to badly punched or worn to see them. Unfortunately my Polish is lousy and I don't know what GUP stands for. Maybe it means "locally made", who knows? Let's hope somebody else does.
SH - may be Simha Herzog. If so, it was made in 1920th, probably, as the Shabbath candelstick, one from the pair. The round hallmark had been used as additional, for the small pieces added to the main one.
Yes and also the candlesticks were very popular as wedding gifts, almost mandatory for the family to receive a pair of candlesticks ::: Poland was the largest center of Judaica in Europe for many centuries ::: Very good picture, by the way, and the hallmarks are sharp :::
