Have embedded your picture with the mark.
The lowest character means `` silver`` and was used both in Japan and Korea
I think it was made in Korea.

白金 - literally "white gold", but the google traslate tell me that this is "platinum" in chinese.

The chinese character means white gold. K mostly use in Taiwan. Where you got it from?
